Robyn Padrone

Robyn Padrone has been serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tillman Infrastructure LLC since April 2023. In this capacity, Ms. Padrone spearheads HR initiatives and strategies, emphasizing workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.

Before joining Tillman Infrastructure LLC, Ms. Padrone was the Managing Director of Human Resources at Wafra Inc. from November 2011 to April 2023. During her tenure at Wafra, she established the HR department from the ground up and acted as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership and Executive Management. 

Ms. Padrone's career includes HR roles at Bed Bath & Beyond, Ann Taylor Inc., and Arthur Rose Associates, where she honed her expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. With over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources, Ms. Padrone has been instrumental in developing best-in-class people strategies and operations for leading industry organizations.

Ms. Padrone holds a B.S. Degree in Human Resource Management from Rider University.
